As a kid I am sure lots of us have played with paperdolls. This hat is an attempt to bring that fun pattern into knitting through seamless colorwork technique. The hat is knit using worsted weight yarn and is sized from small to large adult.
Suggested yarn: Cascade 220 or any comparable worsted weight yarn; 1 ball of each color for all sizes
Always use the needle size that gives you the gauge listed below --
every knitter's gauge is unique
22 sts x 24 rows = 4" x 4" in stockinette stitch and larger needles

I started very young. Basic knit sts taught by my Ma and crochet sts by my aunt. Beyond that I am mostly self-taught. Started designing straight away. My first project ever, being a boat-neck sweater for me. It was perfect!
