Before Christmas, I needed to have a gift for my sister (I picked her name in the Christmas Gift drawing). She goes outside a lot and uses her smartphone, so I thought a pair of fingerless mitts would be perfect. But, it was so close to Christmas, they had to be an extremely fast knit. And that's where this pattern came from.
Using only the knit stitch, these incredibly speedily knit mitts can be made in less than 2 hours! Your speed and mileage may vary ;). I did use a washable wool yarn, which is good because she wears them constantly. The only problem is, she's requested a second pair for when the first pair is in the laundry! LOL Sisters!!!

I've been crafting since I was teeny tiny! I knit, crochet, and am a professional cross stitcher. I quilt, sew, and bead. I LOVE cats, and own 1 Doberman. Unfortunately, I am currently on a tight budget, so bargains and deals are definitely up my alley.
