Milla my little girl discovered at school several stories based on the Little Red Riding Hood... and she loves that story!
As she was putting on her head some scarves it gave me the idea to knit a real hood for her!
The instructions (9 pages) include as the full detailed chart (row by row) of the hoodie and written instructions.
The pattern is written in Standard US terminology. I have explained among others the cable stitches with many pictures to enable any beginner in cable to knit it. I am always here to help if needed and to answer to your questions. Enjoy!

Gauge:

In moss stitch 20 sts x 30 rows: 4"

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

It will fit child from 5 to 7. The measurements are the following: circumference (non stretched): 17.3" - 44 cm
Length from right side to left side: 21.3" - 54 cm
For younger children change size of needle

Materials:

Straight needles size US 7 - 4.5 mm + 1 cable needle and a tapestry needle
2 skeins of 100% Peruvian Highland Wool -220 yds for 100 gr yardage: circa 241 yds (220 m)
