Pattern Description:

This soft shawlette seems as basic and essential as a morning cup of coffee or tea. The slip stitch pattern is simple, and the shape is a classic triangle.

The character and size of the shawland the knitting experiencechange dramatically with your choice of yarn weight, with instructions given for DK and Fingering.

  • Knitting needles: One 32-inch/81 cm US 6/4 mm circular needle,
  • Knitting needles: For lighter weight yarn, consider size 5 or 4
  • Knitting needles: One double point needle in a comparable size
  • Large eyed needle for sewing up
