This fun little beanie is a quick knit in worsted weight yarn on size US 6/4.0 mm and US 7/4.5 mm circular needles. It takes less than a whole skein plus scraps of black and gold and a couple small buttons. Knowledge of cables, ribbing, and decreases are a plus. The pattern includes abbreviated written instructions and detail photos. It is written in one size, about 20" circumference, but it would be very easy to make it larger or smaller by increasing or decreasing the number of stitches in multiples of 4.
20 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
110 yards of Worsted weight
