A maddy laine knitting and felting pattern for a knit headband with a felted tie, a knit scarf with felted pockets, and felted mitts.
Knitted stripes are a popular choice when it comes to felted knitting. The fuzziness created by the felting allows for a great transition from one color to the next.
If you are new to felting, this trio of projects is a great place to start. The knitted scarf has a felted square pocket joined at each lower edge with whip stitch. The knitted headband sports a striped felted tie and the mitts are cut from felted knitting complete with striped cuff.
A guide to felting your knitting is included.
The knitting pattern, written in both US and metric measurements, includes the mitts charted pattern and assembly.
