Pattern Description:

Features
Lucy is a small, beaded crescent shawl worked sideways. The main section is in stockinette, the border features little lace motifs which are easy to remember so this shawl qualifies as simple TV knitting.

This is a charted pattern. If you omit the optional beads, it is suited for beginning lace knitters.

Finished size
130 cm width, 40 cm height.

Gauge:

28 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches in stockinette

Materials:

  • 500-600 yards of fingering weight yarn
  • US6 / 4.0mm knitting needles
