Pattern Description:
This hat pattern was created because I wanted to create something that added to a standard box hat. With the thick ribbed band and I-cord tassles on either side, I am confident that I have achieved my goal. This hat makes a wonderful and unique baby shower gift or photography prop.

Gauge:
20 stitches and 26 rows = 4" square using 4mm needles
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Newborn-3, 3-6 and 6-12 month size
Materials:
- 4mm circular needles
- 4mm double pointed needle
- Darning needle
- 1 ball of yarn matching required gauge (I use Bernat Natural Cotton)
