Ive been a licensed massage therapist, a yarn dyer for a small hand-dyed yarn company, and spent many years as an office slave. As previously noted, I compulsively knit, design and spin in my free time. If Im not doing any of the above, you can find me playing music in the band Shalloboi, in which I sing and play drums.
I fell in love with the colorway, Seaglass, when I was visiting Windy Knitty here in Chicago with a friend last month. I chose a simple, easy-to-memorize stitch pattern that would be as soothing as the sea; all the better to show off the stunning colorway, too!
Later on, I found out that this yarn is 100% made in the USA: the wool comes from sheep raised in Colorado and it's handpainted in California. Yet another reason to fall in love with this scrumptious yarn!
