Leaves 'n' Pearls (beaded necklace)
Leaves 'n' Pearls (beaded necklace)

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • understanding of lace-knitting
  • understanding concept of "knitting with beads"

Pattern Description:

Leaves'n'Pearls is a knitted bead necklace where the pearl-beads are placed as you work (rather than pre-strung), allowing you to place the beads where you wish. Here, they outline the knitted leaves, making a cashmere-silk-merino necklace that is elegant in its sophistication.

You could also make this necklace in a wool blend -- one that has no halo and a smooth twist for clean stitch definition.
