Pattern Description:
Knotty is a slouchyhat that is full of texture! This is a version of my Scrunch Hat.
Knotty features a gathering stitch that is similar to cabling, but results in wonderful textured fabric that is fun to knit, interesting to look at!
Gauge:
14 sts in 4 inches in Stockinette Stitch

I am a knitwear designer and teacher with a full time job and a family. I learned to knit, crochet, sew, cross stitch, etc. from my mother as a child. I think I jumped from craft to craft more often than I would like to admit!
Knitting has become my main focus. I love to create new designs, and to figure out new ways of doing things. I really want my designs to be easy to wear, AND well ...

Although I love to create a well fitting, good looking cardigan or pullover, I also really like to crank out accessories. There is nothing like the feeling of getting a project, or a new pattern done!
I self publish. Those are the designs that you see here on Craftsy. I also design for yarn companies and knitting publications on a regular basis.
