Pattern Description:

We all need a project bag to keep our crafty bits and pieces, work in progress, yarns, needles and fabrics.
What could be better than making our own.
This fabulous project bag pattern requires basic skills in both knitting and sewing. If you can cast on, knit and purl and cast off this knitting pattern is a perfect, quick project. The interior is lined with a stiff canvas to give structure and support and finished with a pretty cotton print lining. The handles are made using two small pieces of wood which slot into the knitted handles.
You will need: 50cm of canvas (We used cross stitch fabric, 14 count, AIDA in Ivory) and 50cm of pretty cotton fabric for the interior lining.
The template for the interior of the bag is included in the instructions.
The project bag takes 300grams of Cotton D.K. Perfect for using up some of the stash. Quick to knit and fun to make.
