Stretches to fit up to 22 inch head
Stitches Used:
K- knit
P - purl
KFKB - Knit front bar, knit back bar of same stitch to make increase
4-st RC - Slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold to back, k2 from left needle, k2 from cable needle
