Basic Skills Necessary:

Pattern Description:

Make this cute set for your own little Kirsty ... the booties are knit in one-piece (and are seamless) with just a bit of colorwork while the tam has a nice deep band (with a solid underbrim) and then the fun colorwork wheel toward the center.

The sample is done in a washable worsted wool using four colors ... about 125 yards of the main color (here a pastel purple) and approx 25 yards of each of the contrasting colors.

Directions are both charted and written out.

Gauge:

5sts x 6rnds = 1" in stockinette worked in the round and blocked

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 0-6month -- cap fits 15-18" head; bootie up to 3-1/2" foot
