Basic Skills Necessary:

  • k tbl
  • cabling
  • ssk
  • k2tog

Pattern Description:

Twisted stitches travel down the front of the sock forming an updated Celtic knot. A pair of smaller, subtler cables is repeated on the back of the leg. These cables reemerge on the gusset, taking advantage of the reverse gusset decreases to migrate to the top of the instep.


8 stitches and 12 rows = 1 inch in stockinette

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • S(M, L, XL, XXL) - 7.5(8.5, 9.5, 10, 11)" diameter


  • US size 1.5(2.5 mm) needles
