You can knit these arm warmers in different lengths. The pattern outlines how to knit two different lengths: 1) up to the forearm (mid-length - 9 inches) and 2) a few inches above the elbow (long length - 18 inches). There are two sizing options: Small/Medium and Medium/Large. The cable pattern wraps around the thumb-hole for pattern continuity and style.
18sts = 10cm (on 4.5mm/US size 7 needles)
