Pattern Description:
These classic socks styled for the man feature a handsome textured pattern stitch of embossed ribs and diamonds.
As preferred by most men, there is a deep ribbed cuff and the pattern stitch is only used on the leg. Of course, feel free to make a shallower ribbing or carry the pattern stitch down the top of the foot if you prefer.
Pattern includes both charted and written stitch instructions.
Gauge:
8 sts/inch
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Adult large. Planned leg height (top of heel to top edge of cuff) is approximately 7" including 3" of ribbing.
Materials:
- 400 yards fingering weight yarn
- size 1 US /2.25 mm needles suggested
