Pattern Description:
This simple sock is a monster in disguise! Knit in a solid color, it's as proper and demure as they come. But pull out a crazy variegated, and you'll get something else entirely! Luckily, the allover texture of the stitch pattern can stand up to even the wildest of yarns, since the easy twist stitches help mesh the colors together.
This sock is worked from the cuff down. The 2-page PDF includes a chart and written instructions for the patterning.
Gauge:
34 sts/44 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Women's Small (Shoe Size 6-8)
- Women's Large (Shoe Size 9-11)/Men's Medium (Shoe Size 8-10)
- Men's Large (11-13)
Materials:
- Approximately 80 (100, 120) grams fingering weight sock yarn (Samples shown in Malabrigo Sock & Three Irish Girls Adorn)
- US 1/2.25 mm 32-inch circular needles
