Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit
  • Purl
  • Longtail Cast On
  • Bind Off
  • Crochet knowledge for Rose (Tutorial in pattern)

Pattern Description:

This '20's style knit headband is the "bee's knees"! Super chic and stylish, no matter what the era.

Features a crocheted rose that can be securely attached or you could also make it de-tachable for a cute broach on a Flapper style dress! ;)

Wear as a headband or make it a bit wider to wear as an ear warmer. Be creative and mix and match fibers and colours for endless possibilities!

Pattern comes complete with well-explained instructions and a clear photo diagram on creating the crocheted flower, for those of you Knitters who haven't yet tried crochet.

Size 6 and size 7 16" Circulars needed and a size "I" Crochet Hook.


6 stitches = 1" Stokinette

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size/Adult


  • Approximately 100 yrds Worsted or Medium weight Yarn
  • US Size 6 (4mm) 16" CIrcular Needle
  • US Size 7 (4.5mm) 16" Circular Needle
  • Rose: Approximately 10 yrds Worsted or Medium weight Yarn
  • Rose: Size "I" (5mm) Hook
