Pattern Description:

Isabel fingerless gloves feature a delicate lace pattern that looks complicated, but is deceptively simple to execute. A shaped thumb gusset means that these gloves are made to fit the hand naturally and comfortably. Femininity meets function in these cozy little gloves. Isabel gloves are quick to knit and can be completed in an evening or two using less than a single 3.5 oz (100 gr) skein of worsted weight yarn.


4.5 stitches/6 rows per inch measured over a 4" x 4" (10 cm x 10 cm) stockinette stitch swatch.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One Size fits a women's size Medium - Large [7" - 7.5" (17.8 cm - 19.1 cm) palm circumference]


  • Allow approx 80 yds (69 m) worsted weight yarn. Sample gloves knit using 1 3.5 oz/100 gr ball of Patons Classic Wool (100% Pure New Wool) in Seafoam.
  • US 8 (5 mm) 7" (18 cm) double-pointed needles
  • Tapestry/blunt yarn needle
  • Stitch Markers (3) - 2 one color, 1 another color
