Pattern Description:

I love ripple pattens and lots of fabulous colors. This pattern is a remake of the porcupine stitch that I worked on for quite awhile. Unlike the original stitch pattern, it is not reversible. However, this patten has an easy charm, and the color mix is really fun to knit up. I love the blending of colors from dark to light, and anyone could have a great time knitting this in their own color blends!

Gauge:

Gauge is not important as this is a scarf, not a fitted garment. Scarf could be knitted in any wt. yarn as long as the Needles feel appropriate to the yarn wt.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

64"long x 6" wide approximate size. (gauge not necessary)

Materials:

Size 4 knitting Needles (straight)
Fingering wt. yarn from Knit Picks Palette (1 ball each of 4 colors: Bark, Doe, Cream and Caribbean) 100% Peruvian Highland Wool--231 yards/50 gram ball
