Pattern Description:

You're busy. You love quick knits. You need something warm in a flash or something to gift to someone in a pinch. This pattern is for you!

"Honey Of A Hat" can be completed in 4 to 8 hours, depending on your knitting speed.

Cozy and warm, the honeycomb pattern makes for a soft, delicious knit without being boring. It would look beautiful in a bulky thick-thin handspun yarn.

Gauge:

This yarn is considered a "Super Bulky."

5-6 wpi (wraps per inch)

12.0 sts = 4 inches on size 11US (8.00mm) in stockinette.

I've also used worsted weight yarn held double (2 strands from 2 balls) to knit this hat.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Size small / medium = 21" to 22"
  • Size large / Xlarge = 22.5" to 23"

  • 10US (6mm) 16 inch circular needles or double pointed needles.
  • 11US (8mm) 16 inch circular needles or double pointed needles.
