Pattern Description:
This slouch hat was inspired by my teenage step-daughter. She liked the slouchy style but couldn't find one that would accommodate her long hair or a pony tail. This stretchy pattern is perfect for women and girls with long or short hair and is written in three sizes. The skills required for this pattern require basic knitting and purling skills and the ability to knit on a circular needle.
Gauge:
6 stitches x 6 rows = 1 inch (stockinette)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- small, medium, large sizing
Materials:
- up to 214 yards of worsted weight yarn, US 6 (4 mm) circular needle, embroidery needle for finishing
