"True" knitted lace that is, where both right‐side and wrong‐side rows contain pattern stitches can be daunting for those new to lace knitting. However, working in the round means every row is a right‐side row, which makes Hanae a great introduction to the gentle art of true knitted lace!
Wear it slouchy, as in the photo, or block it over a 12‐inch plate and wear it as a tam. You can also decrease or increase the amount of slouch by working Chart B fewer or more times.
24[22]sts/32[30] rows = 4 inches in St st on larger needle, unblocked. Check your gauge before you begin.
