Greek Key Cowl

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Double Knitting
  • Knitting in the round

Pattern Description:

The Greek Key Cowl was inspired by Kraters, the vases that one will see in a museum these days. Most of these tended to depict images, from myths.

Mythology has always held a warm place in my heart, and this is just the first in what I hope to be many projects shared inspired by the stories from various cultures.

Using double knitting and a thick yarn, you end up with a two sided warm fabric, that you can wrap around yourself a few times. Once finished I was a bit sad that the weather wasn't worse so I could get more use out of the cowl.
