A fun to knit baby blanket with a nice texture on both sides that does not need blocking.
Pattern in DK & Worsted Weight yarns
Charted and written stitch pattern.
Gauge:
Worsted weight 18 sts = 4" / 10 cm in
Giggle stitch pattern for blocking.
DK weight 22 sts - 4" / 10 cm in
Giggle stitch pattern for blocking.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 36" x 36"
Materials:
- 900 yards / 500 grams Worsted weight yarn suitable for a baby
- US 7 / 4.5 mm 32" or 40" circular knitting needle to hold all the sts. Blanket knit flat.
- OR - 1250 yards / 500 grams of DK weight yarn suitable for a baby
- OR US 5 / 3.25 mm 32 or 40" circular knitting needle to hold all the stitches. Blanket knit flat
- Or size needle you need to obtain the gauge desired
You Will Also Need:
- Large eye needle to weave in ends
