Pattern Description:

A sophisticated mitten to delight your digits! The mitten is knit in my "Flying Swallows" stitch pattern, developed for the Fiesta Feet. This pattern is easy to knit and makes for an elegant fabric.

25 sts x 32 rows = 3" sq.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Child (Medium, Large)


  • Two sets of short length, double-pointed needles; in Gauge size (approx. 2.25mm/US # 1) and one size smaller for cuff.
  • Fingering weight Merino or fine wool yarn; Approximate weight 50 g = 160 m / 176 yds. main: Solid colour 1 (1, 2) x 50g Col V: Hand painted 1 x 50g
