Fast Forward is a scarf suitable for just about anyone! It’s a 2x2 ribbed scarf with a unique cabled motif at either end. The ribbing knits up quickly and the cables turn it into something very special.
This pattern takes between 375 - 500 yards of worsted weight wool and can be adjusted in length by knitting more or less ribbing in the middle of the scarf.
The pattern contains both written and charted versions of the cables.
Fast Forward is knit outwards from a provisional cast on in the center.
approx. 32sts, 18 rows in 4"/10cm 2x2 ribbing, blocked

I'm a lifelong crafter, but settled on knitting in university when I wanted sweaters but couldn't afford to buy them. My first knitting love was lace. I'm sure I'll keep returning to lace, but there are so many other fun techniques to explore as well!
