Yep, you're right - it looks complicated. But...shhhh! Here's a secret - it's really very easy! This is not something, however, that you need to tell your friends when they can't stop talking about how amazingly talented you are! Simply smile and accept their compliments graciously.
Gauge:
5 sts = 1 inch in Stockinette Stitch
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Scarf: 41/2" wide and as long as you like. Hat: Adult Medium
Materials:
- Yarn: Scarf: Approx 350 yards. Hat: Approx 150 yards. Worsted weight yarn
- Needles: Size 8 16" circular needles & Size 8 double point needles (or size needed for gauge)
You Will Also Need:
- Tapestry needle for finishing, marker.
