I just love gauntlets! They are so elegant ... and they keep your wrists warm as well. These stunning fingerless gloves are made with one skein of Noro Silk Garden sock yarn and a little time and effort.
You will encounter plenty of interesting techniques as you make the Eliza Gloves, including entrelac, corrugated ribbing and an applied I-cord bind off. Video tutorials for the bind off are available at pasticheknitwear.blogspot.com
The gloves can be worked on double pointed needles, or a circular needle using the magic loop technique.
24 st and 38 rows over 4" or 10 cm

After 20 years of working in music and worship arts, I have had the joy of spending the last five years teaching and encouraging knitters, as well as designing knitwear.
I am hopelessly addicted to making beautiful, colorful things.
