Skill Level:

small skill level requirement Beginner

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • how to do the two color cast-on
  • how to do double knitting
  • patience in knitting because the scarf will take a while

Pattern Description:

This cute double knitting dachshound scarf can be knitted in all types of different yarns and needle sizes.
Changing yarn and needle size will affect the width of the scarf.
But you can also add additional pattern repeats of the dog and the paws to compensate for that.

So size, yarn and needle is not that important but you might need more or less yarn than stated in the pattern.
And you just knit it as long as you like.

You could even make a blanket from it.

Thanks to Gloria for testknitting it and allowing me to use the pics!
