Pattern Description:

Every early spring I'm itching to pull out my cropped jacket, my 3/4 length jackets, my 3/4 length sweaters. And I end up doing it way before the temperature says it would be appropriate. Solution? Down!

These arm warmers are like throwing on a layer of down feathers to keep you extra warm. Sometimes you've just got to throw on a pair of big fringy ridiculous arm warmers! Your favorite cropped jacket will never be the same.


16 sts and 22 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in St st on larger needles.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Small/Medium (Large/Extra Large) - 9 (11)" at top of arm, 12 (14)" throughout body of arm warmer, 9 (10)" hand.


  • 200 - 240 yards of worsted yarn
  • size 5 dpns
  • size 9 16" circulars

Suggested yarn:

200 yards of Worsted weight
