I am also a mommy. That is my prized title. ...

Cub Cuddler

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit in the round
  • knit short rows of your desired style (link to an independent tutorial included)
  • enjoy cute things ;)

Pattern Description:

The Cub Cuddler was designed to embrace babies. It is to be used as a photography prop or during supervised napping or cuddling time. Instructions are given to knit a bulky and a worsted version. This is an advanced beginner pattern knit in the round with minimal finishing.

This cuddler is unique in that it has a "hood" of sorts to cuddle the back of your baby's neck and head. The additional height creates a more comfortable experience for baby without lumps or bumps on his or her neck. I also quite like the way it frames baby's darling face. <3

For ease of locating this pattern, it is sometimes called a pod, cocoon or sleep sack ~however~ I know it's really a cuddler. :)
