Unique design of cabled scarf, it will be a great holiday gift for a man or woman, depending on yarn and color choice! The pattern is written as 3 separate sections, although worked from one end to the opposite end. The pattern is also customizable (is there such a word?). Here's how, there are 3 sections A, B, and C. So the scarf can be worked as A, B, A;
A, B, C; or C, B, C. It is your choice. Pictures are the scarf done in
A, B, C patterns


6 sts and 8 rows per 4" (10cm) in STOCKINETTE STITCH - unblocked

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Approx 6" X 48" (15 X 122 cm)


  • US #5 (3.75mm) knitting needles

  • Tapestry needle
  • 2 cable needles
