Pattern Description:

A little crocodile to wrap around your neck - he bites his own tail instead of you!
Long enough for an adult as well as a child.

One of a series of scarves for children (and adults with a quirky sense of humour!).  All have a head with a mouth that you can thread the tail through.

Gauge:

18 sts, 34 rows on 4.5 mm (US 7) needles in garter
stitch (knit every row) and 8 ply yarn = 10 cm
square.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Approx 80 cm long from nose to tail, 13 cms wide at middle of body.

Materials:

8 ply yarn / DK yarn: green (or brown if you prefer) x 100 gms ; white (or yellow) x 10 gms for teeth

You Will Also Need:

1 pr 4.5 mm (US 7) needles 1 pr 3.5 mm (US 4) or 3.75 mm (US 5) needles
tapestry needle for sewing, a few safety pins a pair of 18 mm sew-on "joggle" eyes
