Pattern Description:
This versatile and roomy bag, with a zip closure, has an optional key chain and fabric lining with 2 pockets (illustrated instructions included).
The adjustable shoulder strap attaches to the bag with a "D" ring, a hook and 2 rings each side.
One garter stitch ridge (2 knit rows) is repeated in each of 4 colors across bag.
Gauge:
9 sts and 9 garter st ridges (18 rows) = 2" (5cm)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 17.5" wide x 13.5" deep (44 x 34cm)
Materials:
- Sock yarn, 255 yards (233m) of each of 4 colors OR 1020 yards (930m) for one-color bag
- 3/4 yard (69cm) of 45" (114cm) wide lightweight cotton or similar fabric for lining (optional)
You Will Also Need:
- Tapestry needle (blunt point) for finishing
- Removable marker
- 16" (40.5cm) brass zipper, bag type, medium weight
- 2 gold-tone D rings, 1 1/2" (4cm)
- 2 gold-tone hooks that close, 1 1/4" (3.2cm)
- 4 gold-tone rings, 1 1/8" (2.9cm) diameter
- 8 gold-tone buttons, 3/8" (1cm) diameter
- 1 key ring (optional)
