Pattern Description:

Make a mitten in a whole new way. The quilted panel is set inside a picture frame of knitting. The warm ribbed cuff is completed last.

A note about the skill level . . . While the skills required are very basic, these mittens require patience and a level of comfort with hand sewing techniques. Otherwise, there's nothing very complicated about them. They're just another route for the chicken to cross the road. :)

Gauge:

4 1/2 sts and 6 rows per inch in stocking stitch with size 4 mm (US 5) needles

Materials:

100 gr. worsted weight yarn
scraps of fabric
10 in x 10 in piece of quilt batting

I did the knitting a long time ago, and finished the quilting recently. I think they look lovely, now they are finished.
