This shawl pattern is pretty easy yet not boring at all to knit. It's named after the Colovaria spell from the Harry Potter books. A great way to use up a couple of those gorgeous skeins of colorful hand dyed sock yarn.
Detailed yarn requirements:
Any fingering weight yarn - I recommend using a solid and a variegated colorway.
Color A: 150-200 yards.
Color B: 370-420 yards.
Happy shawl knitting!
20 stitches and 26 rows = 4 inches in stockinette (blocked)
550 yards of Fingering weight
