Pattern Description:
I love the combination of chunky lace and a large squishy flower.
The hat is quick to knit and the lace pattern is just a 4 row repeat so it is easy to remember and doesn't take too much concentration.
Instructions are given for both knit in the round and knit flat so choose whichever method you are most comfortable with.
There are plenty of stage by stage photos of both the lace pattern and the flower construction if you need them.
Gauge:
14sts and 19 rows to a 4"(10cm) square over stockinette (stocking st)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 3-6 years
- 6-teen
- adult
Materials:
- 80-108 yards (50-67 grams) chunky weight yarn
- one 1" (25mm) button
You Will Also Need:
- 5.5mm (US size 9)needles
- 6.5mm (US size 10.5)needles
