A gorgeous, soft, warm shawl worked sideways in two halves which are grafted together at the end. The body is in garter stitch with a wavy edging.
This shawl can easily be made larger or smaller. Just knit the first half until you've used up half your yarn, then knit the second half.
17 sts and 23 rows over 10cm/4in in garter stitch after blocking.

I have also contributed to two books: Classic Elite: Shawls, Wraps & Scarves published by Sixth & Springs Books and the Scrumptious Collection Volume 2 by Fyberspates (both published in January 2013).
I am considered one of the UK’s leading lace designers and learnt to knit as a young child while growing up in Norway. My designs feature a variety of techniques including lace, cables and fair isle and I’m well known for my beautiful lace shawls as well as garments.

I’ve lived in Cornwall since I moved to the UK in1990 and I’m married with 2 teenage daughters. As well as knitting, I enjoy crocheting and spinning as well as yarn dyeing.
