Pattern Description:

This lovely hat was inspired by the famous and beautiful Rose Window in the Notre Dame Cathedral. StitchJones has added sparkles to her variegated yarn to reflect the light as does the Rose Window. Wear it as a beanie, or block and slouch for a tam (as seen in cover pic.) Either way, this unique design is sure to be a classic!


32 sts and 30 rounds = 4 inches


  • Materials: 1 skein StitchJones Raindow Fish Merino/Silk Glam Sock 1 ball each of KnitPicks Palette: Black. One 16" #3 circular needle, four #3 DPNs (or size needed to obtain gauge) Stitch marker, and tapestry needle
