Pattern Description:
An easy to knit baby hat with single button chin fastening, and cosy earflaps.
If you are a little hesitant about cables, there are step by step pictures to help you.
The pattern includes yarn suggestions - both european and american, clear instructions and plenty of pictures to guide you.
I have worked for several years writing project instructions for UK craft magazines, including knitting patterns.
You may make hats to sell using the pattern, but you cannot sell the pattern itself.
Gauge:
22st 30 rows to a 4" (10cm) square over stockinette
Materials:
- 50 - 100grams double knit/light worsted yarn, depending on size
- Pair US size 3 (3.25mm) needles
- Pair US size 6 (4mm) needles
- Cable needle
- Two stitch holders
- one 1/2" button for chin strap fastening
