Pattern Description:
An easy-to-knit ribbed hat which may be decorated
to suit every occasion (or left unadorned). The
button-on decorations may easily be removed for
washing or for a seasonal change. Patterns are given
to suit a range of sizes from child to adult, in yarns
giving
Gauge:
Stocking stitch gauges from 5 - 8 sts per inch.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- to fit head circumferences of 17 - 24"
Materials:
- Allow 50 - 100g according to the desired length and colour pattern of the hat.
You Will Also Need:
- A few metres / yds of contrasting, similar-weight yarn will be needed if using the given Tubular caston method.
