Basic Skills Necessary:

Pattern Description:



bohannon is a multi directional shawl. it is first worked sideways and then short rows shape the left side and from there it is worked down. it's construction lends well to several options for color work and striping. (options are included in the pattern.)

eventhough i knit this in a fingering weight yarn, i think this would look great in a worsted weight for a nice big cuddly winter shawl.

yarn: fingering
i used knit picks palette in garnet heather
i used sock it 2 me by elann yarns

needle:
us 6

gauge:
20 sts x 23 sts = 4 inches in garter stitch

final measurements:
59 x 15.5 inches
