This is a knitting pattern for footless sandals for baby or toddler. I am often to be found searching for ideas for sweet little things to make for my equally sweet little granddaughter! I noticed that I could not find any knitting patterns for footless sandals, although there were crochet patterns (but I do not crochet). So, I decided to design a simple pattern that anyone could follow.
You can make them as pictured, or use different colours for the flowers, or even make more than one flower and layer them.
22 stitches and 44 rows = 4" square

I have been knitting for decades - aran sweater, designer garments, baby and toddler clothes. My recent foray into pattern designing has been so rewarding, and such fun - I am now often seeking inspiration all around me! I also have a one-year-old grand-daughter for whom I love making unique garments.
