Lavender Hill Knits is a proud supporter of our troops, and their families, who have served our country in the armed forces and are coping with injuries that occurred during their service. All the patterns in this collection are easy and quick to knit. They are perfect for men or women and make great gifts. At the end of the pattern there are abbreviated instructions. Print out that one page on cardstock paper, cut around the border and you have a convenient shortened version of the instructions that you can easily slip into a small knitting pouch. The Bandito Warmer is the perfect neck warmer when you need functionality, but also want to look cool. The warmer is shaped along the top so it can be pulled up over your nose and not slip down, great for snowboarders and skiers! You can also snug it up around your neck or nose using the drawstring along the top. The front is shaped in a "v" so it will provide more coverage in the front without adding bulk at the back of your neck.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Small/Medium: 7" high, 20" around, 12" long in front
Large/X-Large: 8" high, 22" around, 14" long in front

Materials:

200-220 yards of worsted weight yarn
Size US 8 (5mm) 16 " circular knitting needles
Additional Size US 8 or US 7 (4.5mm) 16" circular knitting needles
stitch markers

You Will Also Need:

36" nylon cord for drawstring (I like to use a shoestring!)
cord lock (you can find these at most craft and/or fabric stores)
