Arm Warmers

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit back and forth on straight needles
  • knitting in the round, HOWEVER, I have also added instructions for straight knitting

Pattern Description:

I am known for gifting hand made scarves, which I love, and so do the recipients, but how many can you keep gifting?

It's time to switch it up, so I have designed a simple arm warmer that can be knitted for men, women, boys and girls.

No thumb, however, instructions are given for a thumb slit.

The same size needle, yarn and pattern magically fits everyone on your gift giving list from your petite daughter to your "fluffy" girlfriends!

So easy to whip up long or short. You can get one short pair of arm warmers out of one ball of yarn. How awesome and affordable is that?

Gauge:

5 1/2 stitches per inch

Materials:

  • worsted weight (4) yarn
  • US 7 - four double point needles
  • US 7 straight needles if not knitting in the round

You Will Also Need:

  • tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Lion Brand Amazing
