Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, Read Chart. Basic colorwork

Pattern Description:

Futurism was an early 20th-century art movement. It centered its ideas on the then-modern ideas of what the future held. It concentrated on concepts of youth, violence and industrialized city life. It highlighted futuristic technologies of the day like high-speed modes of travel: cars and planes.
In Approaching the Speed of Light, I used yarn and needles to capture the idea of forward motion and speed per the Futurism movement ideal.
