Materials:

  • 10 to 14 inches (25.4 to 35.6cm) 18ga round dead soft wire
  • 3 to 4 1/2 feet (91.4 to 137.2cm) 26ga round dead soft wire
  • 4 to 5 inches (10.2 to 12.7cm) 20ga round dead soft wire
  • A crystal or faceted gem in a 4-hole 'sew-on' setting; OR in an open back/basket type setting; OR in a snap set; OR a combination of multiple stones.
  • Standard ring mandrel, Stepped ring mandrel preferred but not absolutely necessary.
  • Chain nose pliers; flat-nose pliers; and round nose pliers. Optional - nylon jaw pliers and nylon head hammer.
  • Flush cutters, cleaning cloth, and ruler.
