Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Weaving with wire

Pattern Description:

This tutorial teaches you how to make an adjustable woven wire ring that really makes a statement. The tutorial shows a simple ring, however there is no end to the number of ways you can alter the technique to allow for your imagination to create many wonderful designs.


  • 9 1/2" 18g or 20g round wire (dead soft or half hard)
  • 3' 26g or 28g round wire (dead soft)
  • 1 round bead, 4-8mm, with a hole large enough to accomodate the 18g or 20g wire

You Will Also Need:

  • Round Nose Pliers
  • Flat Nose Pliers
  • Needle File or Cup Bur
  • Ring mandrel, or other round object the correct size for a ring (If you do not have a ring mandrel, you could also use a wooden dowel, a small pill bottle, or other round object that is about the right size)
